How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide account login, device pairing, and device data synchronization.
• Display current and historical radon readings, charts, reports, alerts, and insights.
• Generate home summaries, AI-assisted explanations, and device-related suggestions.
• Show radon-related news and information relevant to your approximate location when available.
• Send service notifications, including weekly summaries and important account or device notices.
• Improve app quality, detect faults, secure the service, and prevent abuse.

Permissions

The app may request Bluetooth, location, notification, storage, and network permissions. Bluetooth and location permissions are used to discover and communicate with supported radon devices. Notification permission is used to show alerts and service messages. Storage access may be used for report downloads on supported Android versions.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to operate the app and cloud platform, including Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play services, Railway, Supabase, and AI service providers used for insight generation. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data Retention

We retain account, device, and radon monitoring data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain historical reports, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability. You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Qorvan AtmosRadon account and associated personal data by emailing support@qorvan.com from the email address linked to your account. Please include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify account information, device bindings, push notification tokens, and personal data associated with the account unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service reliability. You may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your account.

Your Choices

You can control app permissions through your device settings. You may disable notifications, revoke location or Bluetooth permissions, sign out, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Qorvan AtmosRadon is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
